David Barwick

David Barwick is an accountant by profession with over 36 years experience in the management and administration of publicly listed companies both in Australia and North America. During this period David has held the position of Chairman, Managing Director or President of over 26 public companies covering a broad range of activities. He is also Chairman of Metallica Minerals Limited (ASX) and Chairman,President &CEO of Macarthur Minerals Limited (TSX-V)

Mike Veverka

Mike Veverka has been Chief Executive Officer and a director of Manaccom Corporation Limited since the restructuring of the Company in September 1999. Mike was instrumental in the development of the e-commerce software that is the foundation to the various Manaccom operations. He was the original founder of Benon Technologies in 1995 when development of the software began. Mike also established a leading Internet Service Provider in Queensland which operated successfully for 3 years before being sold.

Mike is regarded as a pioneer in the Australian Internet Industry with many successful Internet endeavours to his name. Mike graduated with an honours degree in engineering in 1987.

Bonita Boezeman

Bonnie Boezeman has had over 35 years experience in executive management specialising in marketing, strategy, financial and gaming/retail management. She was with Time Warner for nearly 23 years in Europe and the last position as Managing Director and Chairman of Time Life South Pacific for 12 years. Bonnie has been a non-executive board member for a number of companies such as the NSW State Lotteries ( she was Deputy Chair for 14 of the 16 years she served), Perpetual Trustees, Prudential Insurance and Defence Housing Authority in Canberra.

Bonnie is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Programme in 1987, the Columbia School of Management Executive Marketing Course and is the Chair of 3 Audit & Risk committees for the NSW government.

Directorships held in other listed entities: Chairman of PayPal Australia, a subsidiary of eBay Inc, since 2006 and Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority since 2005, ARS Musica, Order of Australia Foundation Association and several charitable organisations such as the NSW Corporate Olympic Committee.

Bill Lyne

Bill Lyne is the principal of Australian Company Secretary Service providing specialist company secretarial, corporate compliance and governance services to stock exchange listed and other public company clients in a wide range of industries.

Prior to establishing his business some 10 years ago, Bill was Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of a listed building society for several years, having previously spent many years in credit and lending positions in merchant banking.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from the University of NSW, is a Chartered Accountant and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (UK) and Chartered Secretaries Australia. He is active in CSA's "Public Company Secretaries' Discussion Group" and has lectured at CSA and Institute of Chartered Accountants' courses in company secretarial practice.

His other professional association memberships include being a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Life Member and Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
